Abstract

Abstracts should be submitted online through our portal and should fall within the theme of the conference or related areas. The abstract should have a title not more than 125 characters, including space followed by authors' name (not more than nine); Presenting author's name in bold letter. Address should be complete indicating State/Province and postal code and email ID of presenting and/or senior author. The word limit of the abstract is 250 words. The presenting author must be a member of the SRBCE. The screening committee would select the abstracts for poster presentations and short communications (oral). The poster and oral presentation will be competitive and noncompetitive category. The screening committee would select the abstracts for oral presentations. Awards will be presented for the best oral and poster presentations. The society selects six papers for the award of Prof. N.J. Chinoy Best Paper (cash award and certificate) amongst the research papers presented in the competitive section (3 oral and 3 posters) by young researchers. In addition, NIRRCH will also select 3 best oral and 3 best posters for awards. The last date for abstract submission is 15th October 2025. Poster Presentations

Poster presentations would be exhibited and competitive posters will be judged. Poster stands to accommodate a poster of 4’ (height) × 3’ (width) will be made available at the venue. Research scholars are encouraged to participate and the best posters would be awarded.
